AQI Now collects minimal personal information:

• Email and phone — only if you voluntarily subscribe to air quality alerts. We store this in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the site administrator.
• Feedback — if you submit feedback through the site, we store the rating and text you provide.
• Location— if you use the "My Location" feature, your browser's geolocation API is used to determine your coordinates. This data is not stored on our servers.

How We Use Your Data

• Subscription data is used solely to send air quality alerts
• Feedback is used to improve the service
• We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties

Third-Party Services

• Google Air Quality API — we send geographic coordinates (not personal data) to retrieve air quality information
• Open-Meteo — we send geographic coordinates to retrieve weather data
• Google Fonts— font files are loaded from Google's CDN

Cookies

AQI Now does not use tracking cookies. We may use essential cookies for site functionality (e.g., session management) but these contain no personal information.

Data Retention

Subscription and feedback data is retained indefinitely in Google Sheets. You can request deletion by contacting us.
